District Election

The Annual Meeting and the election of board of directors for North Lawrence Water Authority will be held in the maintenance building located at 116 1/2 Bailey Scales Rd Bedford Indiana, on Tuesday April 15th. Directors for the following areas will be elected. 

1 Director for District 3 (Needmore/Judah Area)

1 Director for District 4 (Logan Bottoms/Mt Pleasant area)

1 Director for At-Large (This representative can be from any part of our service area)

Interested candidates must live in the area they are wanting to represent. They can stop by the office and pick up an election packet, Candidates in districts 3 and 4 will need 20 signatures from members in their district on our form and have it returned to our office by March 26th, 2025, by 3:30 pm. At-Large can get their signatures from anywhere in our service area and must be turned in by March 26th, 2025, by 3:30 pm.

Voting times will be from 7am to 3 pm at 315 Bailey Scales Rd, Bedford Indiana, with the Annual meeting to follow after the votes are counted and directors have been selected.
